Refund policy


30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For cowboy boots and other shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface to prevent outsole scuffs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned in less-than-original condition
  • Items returned without all original components
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't been posted, contact your credit card provider or bank for processing updates. Some financial institutions take time to post refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. For exchanges, call us at (214) 772-6126. If needed, we'll send you a return label.

Gifts

If you ordered an item marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if it was shipped to the gift giver first before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. In this case, the original purchaser will be notified of the return.

Shipping & Returns for Online Orders

  • Free return shipping is available for unused, unworn, or defective items.
  • All shipments include a prepaid return label. If you've misplaced it, contact us and we'll send another.
  • Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
  • For worn items found to be defective, you may still return them. Please notify us about the issue.
